Talent Scouting can be one of the most rewarding careers. When Goldie Started out working for VIP Talent Connect & Alycia Kaback she discovered Kevin P and Geoff who are now both signed with Kaback/ Colby Models.  Goldie used a hands on approach to mold Kevin into the successful model that he is today.  Kevin and Geoff became signed through attending a VIP Talent Connect Summit. Above the duo are pictured at the most recent summit on September 17th at Carolines on Broadway. Even though they are signed and working, Kevin and Geoff still find it important to attend VIP Summits– Alycia Kaback always says, “You can never be too connected!”
